Life handed you lemons? Grab gin!

A gin and tonic to safari is like water to sailing – you can’t have one without the other! With the craft gin industry booming and gin a trend not set to stop, we’ve collected more than 20 of our favourite bottles from around the world in our bar. This gives us one of the most, if not THE most, comprehensive gin offerings in northern Tanzania. Not to mention being one of the first lodges to offer the bespoke tonics of Fitch & Leedes as a mix.

Inspiration for our gin and tonics comes from our gardens – vegetable and herbs make each chilled glass utter botanical bliss. Try some of our favourite recipes for yourself…

When life gives you lemons, make a gin & tonic.

Want to keep the East African feeling going when you get home? Enjoy these gin & tonic cocktails whenever you are feeling nostalgic for Tanzania.
